For a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when received – unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refusal of Orders:

Refusing an order due to its lack of usefulness is not a valid reason for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Your item must meet the same conditions as when received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds:

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
